I'm feeling a lot better and am back on deck at work.
So I thought I'd post a couple of photos of our trip. These are from Washington and Mexico.
Mont and I loved Washington. It's a great place if you like Monuments and history and great buildings, and we do, especially when they're as good as these ones. I took the photo above from the NEWSEUM. The Newseum is one of the best places I've been. It's a private museum dedicated to news and journalism. Fabulous! We could've spent an entire week there. So much to see, so much to learn.
This is right next to the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue. It's a truly magnificent building.
...and this one...well it's down south in Mexico, but I can't remember if it's Cabos San Lucas or Zihuatanejo. I really should make notes of where and when the photos are taken shouldn't I?
This though is Acapulco, not far from where the cliff divers do their thing.

ReplyDelete...and while I'm feeling a lot better than I did a week or so ago, I still don't seem to be able to move this cold/flu that I've got.
Hopefully I'll be felling a little more chipper as the week rolls on
Looks like you had a jam packed time, I haven't drop by for a few weeks been really busy, great photos of your trip and what fab dresses you made, bizarrely enough I am off to NY and Boston next week! Hope you feel better soon.
