Home

I'm home now...but I really love my annual holidays at the beach..

We get to eat lots of fresh fish

MONT and his mate often go out to catch some squid if the weather's right

It's really a beautiful part of the world

Sometimes though, it's just nice watching the world float by

Hope your January's been good to you...make the most of the good weather, February's almost here and then...autumn!

  2. I love beach holidays as well. There is something so relaxing about getting up and having to decide between lying on the beach, or going for a swim! Sounds like you had a lovely time:)

    1. Thanks Julienne...I only wish I could send some good weather your way. Remember though, we've had "stinking" hot days and very uncomfortable nights. Not pleasant at all! I'm looking forward to much milder weather now I'm home

    1. Sarah, the way the weather is at the moment, I have to tell ya' I'm looking forward to autumn! The hot, steamy weather is really getting to me, especially seeing we don't have air-con at Number 10...just a couple of fans

  7. Seafood is talking my language! How relaxing all these images are. I've heard it's crazy hot in your parts. We've had incessant rain in Darwin, but I like it. When it stops it will be humidity on steroids, so I am enjoying the cooler, more relaxing weather.
    Pelicans always make me happy.

    1. Yep, it has been crazy hot, but fortunately today is a little cooler so it's much easier to sleep and get things done around the house
      Pelicans make me smile too
