....and it's now eliminated the problem of it being warmer outside the house than in!
Pic by MONT
MONT took a couple of photos while the installer was here, but they all turned out like this or worse. Unfortunately, he hasn't quite mastered the art of staying still while taking a photograph yet.
Nevertheless, the heater's in and it looks rather nice....but more importantly, it's making the house extremely comfy and cosy.
Don't forget the giveaways I have for you this week...for my readers from the US and Canada, a $50 gift voucher from one of CSN's 200 plus online stores...and for everyone else, the gorgeous Marley and Lockyer clay gift tags...
All you have to do is leave a comment on any post this week...and your name will go into the draw...
Oh how lovely!!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks good. What are you going to put around the bottom on the hearth?
ReplyDeleteThanks Rose...we love it!
ReplyDeleteApril, we're putting sandstone on the hearth. We've got lots of off-cuts left over from the front driveway and paving out the back, so we thought we'd go the "lighter" look to blend in with the honey coloured floorboards and pale walls.
Mont's photo is a classic! He must move a lot. You must be so happy with your new heater!
ReplyDeleteBrismod, when I got home he told me he was having trouble taking the pics because he couldn't see what he was shooting. Trouble was, he was using my Canon SLR and not his little Kodak point and shoot, which has a screen to show the photo you're taking. Mine doesn't.
ReplyDeleteFunny boy.
I am so jealous of your beautiful new heater :) Love what you've chosen and it looks SOOOO nice and warm and cosy. Hope you are enjoying it. Our new heater is in its box on our patio waiting for our wall to be built out at the moment :)
