Baking at Number 10 again
MONT"s heading off to the country for work this week, so I've been busy baking him a cake to take.
This is an upside down apple cake...a variation on the Raspberry and cherry cake I made recently.

Thanks Amanda, I'll get by...just me and the critters.... cozying up in front of the fire...I plan to have a slice of this yummo cake with a coffee when I get home from work.
